As of September 1, 2020 ICOM Mechanical Solutions and Protocol Mechanical have entered into an agreement and announced the merger of their business operations. This is an opportunity to become a unified turn-key mechanical solution for our clients. The expanded business will have the ability to strengthen and expand our service offerings.
Both companies are well established and local with numerous years of industry experience. This merger gives us the opportunity to grow and navigate the changing mechanical climate with a stable foundation and team.
Daily operations will have no major changes during the integration collaboration period. Customer service will be the central element moving forward. It is important to our organization that we are best positioned to support our clients.
